Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service and wait for our team to process your refund or replacement.
